Transnational Manager

Greg joined Curtin following 18 years industry experience in running his own multi-disciplinary design consultancy which employed up to 13 staff. During this period his firm designed over 100 products and was awarded four Australian Design Awards.
He has taught design in Australia, Singapore, Seychelles, Botswana, and People's Republic of China. He has recently completed a Master of Education on the subject of Design and Emotion.
Greg joined Raffles Design Institute in July 2005 and initiated the Product Design Advanced Diploma program in Shanghai in January 2006. He continued as Program Director for Product Design and Interior Design Departments until October 2007 when he transfered to Raffles College of Design and Commerce - Sydney to take up the positon of Course Coordinator of Bachelor of Design and Manager of Transnational Education. Greg was conferred the title of Associate Professor.
Other passions apart from design include: the thugs game for gentleman: rugby union (“go you good thing”!); classic wooden boats (even after living on one for 10 years); and vintage motorcycles (Greg rides the same type of bike Steve McQueen rode in “The Great Escape”).
