Ms Natalie Connor, a recent graduate of the school, has been admitted to Parsons, New York, the world’s most prestigious art and design institution. This new milestone is a testament to the international recognition of the Raffles degree.
Ms Connor attributes her successful admission to the quality education and personalized learning experience gained during her time at RIC Bangkok: “It’s the past experience and exposure I gained at Raffles. When I applied for Parsons, they gave me a test on branding and I was required to write a case study. I recalled having been exposed to the branding issues of Burberry back at Raffles, and I put the whole story together. It was really the difference of having industry exposure in Raffles compared to just theoretical studies elsewhere.”
