Our campus in Kuala Lumpur is made up of three state of the art buildings that contain lecture theatres with wireless access, drafting and sewing rooms with Gerber technology for fashion design courses, drafting and sample room for interior design courses, computer labs using both Mac and Windows Operating Systems with the latest software for multimedia and graphic design students, resource centre, library, and cafetaria.All of our internationally accredited qualifications are recognised by the industry and government bodies in the countries we are located. Other than Raffles International College Kuala Lumpur, you can also choose to transfer your credit or complete your study at our Bangkok, Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore or Sydney campus. Studying in Malaysia - Admission Policy International / foreign Students Checklist and Student Pass ApplicationGeneral Information:
- Social visit pass holders are not allowed to study in Malaysia. The Immigration Department of Malaysia issues a student pass and visa to full time students ONLY.
- The application process takes about four weeks. The Immigration Department of Malaysia holds the final decision on student passes. An official letter will be issued.
- Foreign students must inform us on their arrival time at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). We are required to be present during the immigration check at the arrival hall.
- Students enroll for a specific programme (for example, Advanced Diploma in Fashion Design) are required to pay RM19,500.00 upon submission of their application. Please make bankdrafts/Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) payable to Raffles Design Institute Sdn Bhd. Details as below.

Malaysia Immigration Requirements for Student Visa / Pass Application
- Completed application form from Admission Office.
- Registration fee and first payment upon admission (bank draft / Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)) made
- 2 copies of applicant’s passport (all pages)
- Copy of applicant’s education transcripts and certificates
- 8 copies of passport size photographs
- A personal history (student resume), which must include: name, gender, date of birth, highest educational qualification awarded, parents' names, siblings (if any), home address, contact number, work and education history.
